When attempting to add attachment on "Documents Of Record" EIT (DFF Context) information is getting lost.
EIT (DFF Context) information should exist on "Documents of Record" after adding attachments.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service => Documents of Record
2. Create a new "Document of Records" => Add attachment => Click apply
3. EIT Information on "Document of Records" is getting lost.
