EIT (DFF Context) Information is Getting Lost When Attempting to Add Attachment on "Documents Of Record" (Doc ID 2086479.1)

Actual Behavior:
When attempting to add attachment on "Documents Of Record" EIT (DFF Context) information is getting lost.

Expected Behavior:
EIT (DFF Context) information should exist on "Documents of Record" after adding attachments.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Employee Self-Service => Documents of Record
2. Create a new "Document of Records" => Add attachment => Click apply
3. EIT Information on "Document of Records" is getting lost.
