PDF Work Order Report Output throws APACHE timeout error (Doc ID 2086576.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.3 version, REP

PDF Work Order Report not getting generated in eAM SSA for more than 800 work orders.

The screen throws the Apache error after running for 1 min


Failure of server APACHE bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Work Order Report page
2. Pres RUN and see Apache error
