Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR) Obligation Type Resets To Default Value When Creating A Requisition Amendment (Doc ID 2086630.1)

On : 12.2.3 version, Requisition

MIPR type requisitions have a MIPR Obligation Type column at the line level where users can choose one of these three values - Both, Reimbursement, and Direct Citation. The agencies create multi-line MIPRs assigning different MIPR obligation type values.

When creating an amendment to a MIPR, the MIPR obligation type value changes to the default value (Both) for all lines.

Expect to keep the same MIPR Obligation Type value as entered in the requisition

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) iProcurement.
2. Create a multi-line MIPR and assign different MIPR obligation type values to each line and approve the requisition.
3. Create amendment and verify the value of MIPR Obligation Type for each line, it resets to default,
