Not All MSCA Users Appear In The "Monitor Server" Screen Within MWA Server Manager (Doc ID 2086634.1)

Symptoms

The problem is that at least 1 user signed into MSCA was not appearing in the list of the Mobile Web Applications (MWA) Server Manager responsibility. The problem had disappeared after modified the mwa.cfg file and change the line: mwa.TelnetServer=<host>.<domain>.com:10200-10205 to mwa.TelnetServer=<host>.<domain>.com:10200;10202;10204

Over time, noticing the same problem again where the users signed on and when checking the MSCA User Monitor screen from the is not appearing.
