Unexpected Error When Attempting to Change the Email Address of An Existing Contact With User Account

On : 12.2.4 version, Supplier Profile Management
When attempting to change the email address of an existing contact with user account, the following error occurs.
You have encountered an unexpected error message. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier
2. Got to Contact Directory, choose one contact which email address is changed and iSP login account has been created before that change.
3. Click update. Error page will be shown.

4. Go to user definition (fnd user form), that user has been set inactive with one date: 01-JAN-4712
