UPK: Error When Connecting to Library Location: "The Library Cannot Be Found On The Server" (Doc ID 2086756.1)

Symptoms

Error when attempting to connect to library, the following error is given:

"The library cannot be found on the server"
 
This error prevents the UPK Client from connecting to the multi-user environment.
