Incorrect Results in Order Organizer When Querying Line Level Field "Original System Shipment Number"

When performing line level search using field "Original System Shipment Number" in Order Organizer, the results are not limited to only the sales order lines having column value "APPS.OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL/ORIG_SYS_SHIPMENT_REF" = value input by the user when performing the query. Query needs to limit results to only lines having a value in that field containing what the user input for the query was.

1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Order Organizer
3. Lines Tab > search by “Original System Shipment Number”
