On Oracle Applications 12.1.3:

Actual Behavior
Invalid object after 12.1.3 RPC3 + HRMS_PF.D8 upgrade.

Below object is listed as invalid after applying RPC3 + HRMS_PF.D8:

APPS FND_EID_METADATA_MAPPING PACKAGE BODY


Expected Behavior
Expected FND_EID_METADATA_MAPPING to be a valid object.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied 12.1.3 RPC3 + HRMS_PF.D8 upgrade.
2. The invalid object was then identified.
