User Idles Several Minutes And Gets: OAException: Could not load application module (Doc ID 2087152.1)

Symptoms


On many screens, (users tested in the PO / IProcurement modules mainly), if the user lets the page sit idle a bit (3-4 minutes), they get the following OAF error when clicking anywhere on the page:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.po.document.server.DocumentAM'.
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAJSPApplicationRegistry.registerApplicationModule(OAJSPApplicationRegistry.java:279)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAJSPApplicationRegistry.registerApplicationModule(OAJSPApplicationRegistry.java:78)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:1327)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:567)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageBean.preparePage(OAPageBean.java:455)


OR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.icx.por.req.server.RequisitionAM'.
JBO-30003: The application pool (<host.domain.>oracle.apps.icx.por.req.server.RequisitionAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.NoDefException, msg=JBO-25002: Definition OAViewDefImpl_6199 of type View Definition not found

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.icx.por.req.server.RequisitionAM'.
JBO-30003: The application pool (<host.domain.>oracle.apps.icx.por.req.server.RequisitionAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-25052: ViewObject NonCatalogRequestVO with with no key-attributes cannot be activated!

 

However, setting the Profile Option
FND: Passivation level = None
the error goes away.
