Symptoms

Users desire to generate "PRC: Create Accounting" (PAXACCPB) output in EXCEL.

They are able to do so in XLAACCPB: Create Accounting, but the "PRC: Create Accounting" output defaults to PDF regardless of:

1) Edit -> Preferences -> Profiles- FND: Default Template Output Type- Excel
2) Submit Request form (Upon Completion Options)select layout format Excel

Either the output is still PDF or the output is not generated at all.
