How To Display Custom Buy Shipment Manager Layout when Creating Shipments from Order Releases Manually (Doc ID 2087272.1)

Goal

When creating a Manual Shipment from Order Release using Action , Operational Planning -> Create Buy Shipment -> Manual , a Shipment ID link displayed after the Shipment is Planned. When clicked on the Link, Standard Buy Shipment Manager Layout displayed, A Custom Buy Shipment Manager Layout needs to displayed instead of the standard Manager Layout.
