ROI 'RVTTH-115f' And 'ORA-01403' Raised In Receiving Transaction Processor For PO Deliver Transaction (Doc ID 2087446.1)

Symptoms

Deliver transaction with Lot Item through Receiving Open Interface (ROI) fails for non-WMS org.

While running Receiving Transaction Processor(RVCTP) for Deliver transaction with Lots through interface table,
Processor completes with Error 'RVTTH-115f: Subroutine proces_transaction() returned error.

 STEPS
-------------
Issue can be replicated by following steps:
1. Insert data into Interface tables for Lot Delivery:
         Interface table populated : (*sample script reference <Note 368811.1>)
         - Rcv_Headers_Interface
         - Rcv_Transactions_Interface
         - Mtl_Transaction_Lots_Interface
2. From Purchasing responsibility,
   Execute the concurrent Receiving Transaction Processor from Submit Request
    - Process completed
    - Error shown in request log

  RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
  Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.
  Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system

 In Request log/Debug: Error thrown as:
    INV_RCV_RESERVATION_UTIL.MAINTAIN_RSV_DELIVER: Some other exception occurred!
    INV_RCV_RESERVATION_UTIL.MAINTAIN_RSV_DELIVER: SQLCODE:100 SQLERRM:ORA-01403: no data found
    INV_RCV_RESERVATION_UTIL.MAINTAIN_RSV_DELIVER: Exception occurred at progress: @@@
    INV_RCV_RESERVATION_UTIL.MAINTAIN_RSV_DELIVER: SQLCODE:1 SQLERRM:User-Defined Exception
