Symptoms

On Applications 11.5.10.2:
When attempting to to pres the Quality Icon in the Receiving Transaction (RCVTXERT) form, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
APP-QA-16135:Quality Results cannot be entered because no Collection Plans apply

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Receiving Transaction (RCVTXERT) form
2. press the Quality Icon button
