On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related
Tax Amount is disappearing when saving the Credit Memo on the Credit Transactions form.
Create a Credit Memo for an existing invoice from Credit Transaction form.
Populate the % for line and tax amounts.
The system is showing the tax amount on the form, but the same disappears.
This issue is happening for new and existing invoices. Consistently happening for all Credit Memos.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Query an invoice
2. Actions > Credit
3. Enter Credit Information
4. Save the Credit memo and Tax disappears
