Symptoms

PRC: Generate Draft Revenue (PARGDR) completes with the following error in the log: PA: Error in main

The error is typically returned for billing extension errors, only billing events are used and there are no billing extensions in place.

The issue is happening for converted projects, new projects, and in multiple Operating Units (OU's).
