Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.2.4,
when attempting to deploy Oracle Application Framework (OAF),
the following error occurs:
Cannot create/update archive with more than 65K file entries.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy an OAF page.
2. Error occurs.
