We are currently upgrading from 11i to 12.2.4.
When entering a receipt in Receivables we are trying to choose a bank account number in the Payment Instrument LOV, but the LOV contains no data.
When going first to the payment instrument screen and click the Bank Account number, we are getting the error:
ORA 01403- NO DATA FOUND.
After that, when clicking the LOV we are getting: FRM 41830: LOV contains no entries.
However the customer does have a bank account set up. If we try to enter the bank account manually, we are getting error message: Value entered is not valid.
