Expense Help Desk responsibility
On : 12.1.3 version, Expenses Audit and Receipt Management
The Expense Help Desk Responsibility allows users to Add Attachments even though the menu is for a Read Only form.
The responsibility Internet Expenses Help Desk has a main menu of Expenses Help Desk Level 0 Menu. This menu includes a function called "Audit Read Only Mode". Even with this function added, users with this responsibility are able to add attachments.
The Add attachments feature at the line level should be disabled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Expenses Help Desk responsibly
2. Query an expense report
3. Under the 'Verify Expenses' tab of the form the Add Attachments feature is enabled whereas at the 'General Information' section of the form the attachments feature only has a 'View' option.
