Using Purchasing, when entering Buyer Work Center (BWC) one user can not enter Orders, agreements or deliverables tabs, because cursor just spins and never displays results.
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Go to BWC, try to enter Orders, agreements, deliverables tab, but cursor just spins.
This is for a single user.
Custom View was created or modified, and set to Default for the user.
