Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Chilean Payables Withholding Certificate is not working properly when executed with Reporting Level = Organization.
The issue does NOT occur using Reporting Level = Legal Entity.
Expect the Chilean Payables Withholding Certificate to complete without errors for all parameters.
1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables - Chilean localization
2. Path: Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Chilean Payables Withholding Certificate (JLCLPWTC.rdf)
The following errors appear in the log:
MSG-00001: set of books is = 718
MSG-00001: Executed Befor Report Trigger
MSG-00090: Getting Company Information...
MSG-00099: Get Company Info - NO DATA FOUND!!!
MSG-00006: Document assignment is not valid
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
No output is generated as the program ends in error.
WORKAROUND: Use Reporting Level = Legal Entity.
The issue has the following business impact:
The certificates cannot be printed to deliver to the suppliers impactinG in having a separate system to do it.
