Exception Encountered When Trying To Add New Material Lines In Debrief While Using Field Service Technician Portal Responsibility (Doc ID 2088920.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

When attempting to add a material Debrief line (Install) using Field Service Technician Portal,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
When doing a Debrief from Field Service Manager responsibility there is no error (Field Service Manager > My Tasks > for an existing task click Debrief icon > on Debrief page add a new material line under Install > no error)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the technician portal responsibility and then, for an existing task, go to debrief
2. In the Debrief page, click to add a new material line under the Install section
3. The reported error occurs
