Error OXTA-4002 "Unexpected client side exception" when transferring documents from OSN (Doc ID 2088929.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Supplier Network, occasionally the invoices received from OSN are failing with the following message:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code: 4002
Error Message: Unexpected client side exception.
Cause: OXTA Errors
Remedy:

Most of the time, the automatic resend resolves the problem but occasionally
the resend also fails (as seen above). The issue occurs in both OSN Test and
OSN Production and the problem occurs on a daily basis.
