Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Wireless/WAP
When attempting perform parts search in MFS wireless the following error occurs.

Unexpected Error: Reason: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception ORA-06512: at "APPS.HZ_TIMEZONE_PUB", line 708.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "Parts Search" screen;
2. Enter details in fields: Item, Quantity, Need by and check "Manned" checkbox
3. Click Search - error appears;
