Error FRM-40654 Encountered When Requisition Charge Account Is Updated In The Distribution Form

When attempting to change the charge account in requisition distribution form opened through approval notification ( Open document link ), the below error occurs
"FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change."
Steps To Replicate :
1. Navigate To Purchasing Responsibility > Notification Summary > Open the Problematic Notification > Click on Open document link > Requisition Form Opens
2. Navigate to Distribution form > Change the Charge Account > Error "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see the change." occurs
