Sales Person LOV Shows Incorrect Values After Applying 21763048

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- After applying Patch 21763048 Salesperson LOV at customer site use level is not showing salespersons linked to the Operating Unit linked to the customer site in question. System is actually showing the salesperson linked to the MO: Operating Unit profile option at site level.
Test Case for this issue.
Set MO Profile options like below:
MO: Operating Unit at site level - Vision utilities MO: Operating Unit at responsibility level - null
MO: Security Profile at site level - ABC SITE (with 4 operating units) MO: Security Profile at responsibility level - ABC T RESPONSIBILITY (with 3 Operating Units).
- Created sales person 212121 for Vision Operations Operating Unit. - Created sales person 313131 for Vision Utilities Operating Unit.
Queried customer XXXX and create a new site for this customer in Vision Utilities Operating Unit. Salesperson LOV is not showing 313131 and that is the problem. Basically the LOV should not use MOAC profiles, it should simply show the sales persons assigned to the Operating Unit to which that site and site use belong.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- The LOV should not use MOAC profiles, it should simply show the salespersons assigned to the Operating Unit to which that site and site use belong.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Navigate to receivables responsibility. 2. Customers > Customer Account > Account Site > Create Account Contact 3. Click on Sales Person LOV under Site Use Details.
