Validity Rule Form Issues and Inconsistencies After Applying Patch 21384982

There are discrepancies between GMDRVRSM.fmb, GMDRVRED.fmb, and GMDRCOED.fmb in what can be updated for Frozen and Approved recipes. Some of this behavior has changed from before vs. after <patch 21384982>.
<Patch 21384982> resolved the issue of not being able to add validity rules for Frozen recipes, but this patch also changed some existing functionality, and there are some inconsistencies.
Recipes Approved for General Use
Validity Rules, GMDRVRSM.fmb version 184.108.40.20610000.21
Only To Date is open for update. However, once you edit that field and save, then Standard Qty, UOM, Min Qty and Max Qty become updateable.
No longer possible to add a new line.
Also, this form now pops up when creating a batch even if there is only one validity rule. Previously, when there was one validity rule this form did not open (at least not visible) and the one validity rule was automatically selected. Seems to be some change to the way this form interacts with batch creation.

I see all fields are updateable, although Recipe Use looks grayed out. However, Recipe Use can be changed once, but then trying to change it again you get the message that the field is protected against update.
Validity Rule Details, GMDRVRED.fmb version 18.104.22.16810000.19
Theoretical Process Loss field can be updated, even though the same field on Recipe Details, Routing Details, and the other Validity Rules screens do not allow Theoretical Loss to be updated. I don't think Theoretical Process Loss is supposed to be updateable on any screen, only Planned Loss, as Theoretical Loss is calculated.
