Advanced Criteria On Wave Creation: Using ">" Or "<" Operator Causes Errors ORA-06512 And ORA-06510 (Doc ID 2089280.1)

Symptoms

Problem:
When attempting to Create Wave using Wave Total Weight, Total Volume Parameters, the Wave Planning Initiate process concurrent request ends with following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Create Wave form using WMS responsibility
2. In the advanced Criteria tab, enter the following condition

Criteria
Seq Object Parameter Operator Value
10 Sales Order Order Number = 1234567
20 Wave Total Volume < (or >) 999


3. Then Click on Launch Concurrently. The Concurrent request completes with error.

The issue seems to be happening when using > or < with Weight, Volume, Count, and Value parameter.  Equal to ( = ) operator works fine.
