Purpose
Dynamic questionnaire enhancement was released in the Procurement Rollup <Patch 21198991>:R12.PRC_PF.B in March 2015.
There were some bugs identified in this enhancement after releasing this RUP.
Although <Patch 21669991>:R12.PON.B is created to fix these bugs, to make this patch independently applicable on a 12.1.3 instance, we have included the following consolidation patches in this patch:
1. <Patch 22016993>:R12.POS.B
2. <Patch 22108744>:R12.PON.B
The above patches include all the Sourcing, iSupplier Portal and Supplier Lifecycle Management bug fixes and new features that were released till the Procurement March 2015 RUP.
Following list gives dynamic questionnaire bugs that are fixed in the <Patch 21669991>:R12.PON.B.
Please note that the issue in Negotiation page in Sourcing negotiations can have similar issues in Assessment page for SLM users.
Similarly issues in 'Question' section for SLM documents will have similar issues in 'Requirement' section in Sourcing documents.
See more details in: <Note 1468883.1> 12.1.3: Procurement Family Update - Current Rollup <Patch 21198991>:R12.PRC_PF.B:
Sourcing, Dynamic Questionnaire:
The Requirements section is used to gather information from the suppliers in a negotiation document.
The Requirements section now has a hierarchy, where dependent requirements are included.
Based on the supplier response, the subsequent question(s) change dynamically for the supplier.
There is a two-level hierarchy of dependent questions for every questionnaire.
The advantage is that no superfluous questions are asked of the supplier during the questionnaire.
The questionnaire will come up with different question set combinations, depending on how the supplier responds in the initial question(s).
Note: Also includes the functionality of new field called Requirement Name is added to store the Requirement Name as documented in Note 1984257.1
