New Advanced Search Criteria Operator "Is Not Null" Does Not Work On User Defined Attributes (Doc ID 2089388.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

New PIM Advanced Search criteria operator "is not null" does not work on UDAs

After applying the following PIM patch, we see two new operators on the PIM Advanced Search criteria : "Is null" and "Is not null". These only work for seeded attributes and do not work - they do not produce any search results - when used on user defined attributes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 "Is null" and "Is not null" should work for UDAs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Advanced Search -> Search for items with UDA -> Criteria "Is null" and "Is not null".
