Symptoms
When entering a non-stop related event on a shipment from the Miscellaneous Group generates a null pointer error.
Add the action of ADD SHIPMENT EVENT to a shipment screen set so you can put to usage.
The Null Pointer error is seen when completing the following:
A. Find a shipment and add shipment event
B. Choose the status group of MISC
C. Choose any event in that group and any reason code
D. Enter an event date and time
DO NOT ENTER STOP
E. Click Save and you will get the Java Null Pointer Error
