Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Repair Order Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While bulk receiving, the bulk receiving failing on an instance which is not owned by the party for which the Service Request is created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While bulk receiving, the bulk receiving should not fail on an instance which is not owned by the party for which the Service Request is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Two Instances with Two Owners

1. Instance 1 - Owner 1
2. Instance 2 - Owner 2

Service Request created for Owner 1, Instance 1 and Instance 2 to be received on the Service request created for Owner 1. SR created and bulk receiving initiated.
Bulk receiving for Instance 1 successful and Instance 2 failed.


Changes

 Issue reported after installing <Patch 21393431:R12.CSD.C> ORACLE DEPOT REPAIR RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION (16-SEP-2015)
