R12: OIE: Mandatory Attendee Name Missing When Itemized Existing Line on the Audit Page

Symptoms

When an user itemizes an existing expense line on the Audit page, then the new itemized line can be saved successfully without having the mandatory Attendee Name field entered.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. For expense type Meals is it mandatory to enter attendee names.
  2. When the user adds a new line during Audit for expense type Meals without entering an attendee the system shows an error message.
  3. The user is still able to save the expense report with the added line.
  4. Afterwards this expense report is approved without ever entering an attendee Name on the added lines.
