Symptoms

On : iProcurement 12.1.3, Punchout to Supplier or hub


When processing an order from supplier site in the Catalog Punchout responsibility, the site unexpectedly logs out. No items get processed. This only happens in Internet Explorer.

The system should process orders from supplier in the Catalog Punchout responsibility normally while using Internet Explorer.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will using Internet Explorer with the following steps:

  1. Select Catalog Punchout responsibility
  2. Select items and add to cart
  3. Click Process tab
  4. Instead of returning to iProcurement, the site unexpectedly logs out
  5. After logging back in, no items are in the cart (didn't process properly)
