Requisition Change History Does Not Display In IProcurement Following Patch

The iProcurement > Change request page ( page is iProcurement > Requisitions tab > Find the requisition > click on requisition number > Click on the "Change History yes" link at the header ) displays the change request information correctly but the graph section that shows the approval list has the following error message:
"Approval list could not be generated. Please contact your system administrator to review AME rules"
Patch 20092208 was applied
