Receipts Workbench Search From Collections Does Not Return Results

On : 12.1.3 version, Collections

When in collections and you navigate to the 'Receipt Workbench' it shows the receipts. However, if you then click the flashlight and search for another receipt, it does not return the receipt data.

Expect the new receipt to be returned.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Collections, open the 'History' Tab and right-click a receipt to navigate to the 'Receipt Workbench'.
2. Now, click on the 'Flashlight' icon to open a new 'Find Receipts' window.
3. Enter the new receipt number > click 'Find' and instead of the receipt being returned, there is a message at the bottom, …'Query causes no records to be retrieved'.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view receipt data in Receivables when navigating from Collections.
