'Payment Terms' is Seen on Page under 'Late Charges' tab - 'Profile Setup' section and Becomes Mandatory Field (Doc ID 2090630.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module, Customer Account, Account Profile Tab & Late charges Tab errors out

After applying RUP 20150914, the behavior of the page changed.  A new Field 'Payment Terms' is seen under 'Late Charges' tab under 'Profile Setup' section and the field is a mandatory field.

If a user tries to navigate out of the page, system gives an error saying Payment request is mandatory.

In Account Profile Tab, Terms section the Payment Terms field is not displayed.
