ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System let you to create duplicate contact in Trading Community Manager responsibility

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When you have duplicate prevention set, the system should not let you create duplicate contact

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log onto Trading Community Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Trading Community -> Relationships
3. Query a party with Registry ID = 58046, Click on Go button
4. Click on the link for the Party Name, here it is Jackie Org
5. Click on View Relationship button
6. You see there is a contact relationship
7. Click on Go button to Create a new Contact relationship using the same Person
8. The Same Contact person listed in the LOV, choose that person and save
9. Duplicate contact relationship is created

It seems profile option "HZ: Match Rule for Contact Duplicate Prevention" was not checked for Trading Community Manager
