Notification Email is Not Received When ETL Load Completes (Doc ID 2090693.1)

Symptoms


An email is not received when the ETL load completes, when it is expected that it would be sent at the end of the ETL load procedure.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log in as user with FTI BI Apps and BI Administrator Role
2. Select Process Management -> Transportation Intelligence -> Run ETL with desired email Contact
3. Select Run Now
4. Verify that email is not received by the Contact confirming completion
