Cannot Use Serial Number, Missing, Not Available But Have OnHand: Onhand LPN_ID IS NOT NULL, Serial LPN_ID IS NULL (Doc ID 2091245.1)

Symptoms

Find the material workbench shows onhand but no serials for a Warehouse Management (WMS) enabled organization with onhand quantity but no serials even though the item is serial controlled at receipt.

Cannot use the quantity as no serial numbers are available.

The serials current status shows 3/in-stores when queried in the serial screen.

The serials have no mark ids -- This is NOT the same as inventory standard datafix #4 - <Note 1472005.1>.

Error

Some users have had the following error with this issue attempting to receive material with this issue:

WMSINB-23516:Lot/Serial validation failed. Please check log for details.

Steps

1. Navigate to Inventory > Onhand > Query item > See onhand.
2. See no serials.
