Unable to See Cancel Reason and Comments From "View Reasons" When Canceling Sales Order Header (Doc ID 2091470.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When attempting to cancel sales order header of entered status with reason and comments,
But, unable to see the cancelled reasons and comments in Actions > View Reasons screen.

Expected Behavior
When attempting to cancel sales order header with entered status with reason
can view the cancelled reasons and comments in Actions > View Reasons

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter Sales Order header
  2. Cancel Sales Order header and enter cancel reason and comments
  3. Click Action button > Select View Reasons
