On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form in production

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When clicking on charges tab in service request form, it is taking lot of time to get open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicking on charges tab in service request form, it should get open quickly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to eBusiness Suite
2. Navigate to Find Service Request form
3. Search an existing service request
4. In the Service Request form, select the Charges Tab
