Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form in production

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When clicking on charges tab in service request form, it is taking lot of time to get open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicking on charges tab in service request form, it should get open quickly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to apps
2. Responsibility : Field Service Dispatcher
3. Navigation : Field Service Dispatcher -> Service Request -> Service Requests -> Find Service Requests
4. Populate the SR Number and Navigate to Charges Tab
