Symptoms

On 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After defining life event triggers, the settings are not saved after re-querying the forms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the settings saved to be reflected when the form is re-queried.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation > General Definitions > Additional Setup > Life Event Reasons.
3. Create a new life event for your requirement and click the Person Changes button > Define Person Change button.
4. Create your trigger and save.
5. Exit the form and re-query the life event.
Trigger settings have not saved.
