In Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) release 12.1 and above, clicking any of the statuses in the 'Today's Payment Process Requests' table can result in a performance delay, and sometimes results in an 'Internal Server Error' page.
Payment Dashboard should get loaded as expected
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Go to XX Accounts Payables Super User resp
2) Navigate to Payments> Payments Manager> Home
3) Payments Dashboard > Today's Payment Process Requests
Click on any of the status as below
The issue has the following business impact:
The page takes lot of time to open and sometimes throws error.
Due to that AP business is unable to monitor the status of payments in the Payments dashboard
