Legal Entity Disappeared On The Cost Calendar Assignment Form and When Adding Legal Entity Back Receive Error This record already exists.

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup Issues
After setting up the Cost Calendar and adding Assignments from the Cost Calendars window find that the legal entity no longer appears. The legal entity disappeared on the cost calendar assignment screen.
• In the Assignments Details Panel entered the Legal Entities
• Save and exist the form
While opening the assignment screen again, one of the legal entity assigned disappeared from the form. Trying to re-enter, but it won’t allow and give the message of ‘This record already exists, you entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record’.
Expect to see all 3 calendar assignments
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

2 Navigate -> Setup > Cost Calendars > Assignments
