When Update Action Is Performed In Agreements Tab Available In Buyer Work Center (BWC) Encounter Error as "You Are Not Authorized To Access This Document Error In BWC" (Doc ID 2091962.1)

When "UPDATE" option is chosen in Agreements tab of Buyer work center (BWC) for one specific blanket agreement,
the below error occurs.

"You are not authorized to access this document"


The issue cannot be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility > Buyer work center > Agreement tab > Query the problematic BPA> Choose "UPDATE" option > Click GO
