Symptoms

When attempting to create an outbound transaction for AGIS, the following error occurs.

ERROR
ORA-20001:-: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: An internal error has occurred in the program xla_cmp_common_pkg.get_application_info. ORA-01403: no data found. in Package FUN_XLA_TAB_PKG Procedure run

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Transaction > Outbound
2. Create outbound Transaction.
  --> The above error is occurred.
