Purpose

This note describes the impacts to the existing application as the result of enhancement provided in Delta 1 patch that enhances Investor Agreements with the below mentioned features:

•  Ability to syndicate variable rate contracts – both Leases and Loans
•  Enable “Full Sale” syndication which includes the addition of all streams of payments for a contract to an Investor Pool
•  Display Investor Agreement number on a syndicated contract
•  Eliminate accounting of asset balances from “Full Sale” type contracts
