SSO: Manager Created Candidates are Unable to Login

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Candidate Management

In SSO enabled environment, candidates created by manager/recruiter are not able to login with details from  email notification sent with user name and password.

Candidates created by recruiter/manager should be able to login to the system with user name and password details supplied from automatic email notification.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:In SSO environment
1. Responsibility : iRecruitment Recruiter
2. Recruiter home
3. Candidates
4. Create Candidate
5. Submit
6. Candidate receives email with username and password

7. Unable to login with this information

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to iRecruitment Application.
