Symptoms

12.2.3 Trade Management unable to settle the write offs and charge backs. The following error occurs

When a deduction is created and the receipt amount is un-applied and applied again.When the amount is applied again,the same does not get reflected in Trade management properly. The updated amount is visible only in the claim header. The claim line does not reflect the latest amount,but the old amount. Hence, the error The total of 'Claim Amount Remaining' must be greater than the sum of the claim lines is thrown.
