TeleService 12.2.4: FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field BUSINESS_PROCESS (Doc ID 2092854.1)

Symptoms

Error querying certain Service Requests in TeleService (Service Request or Contact Center forms).

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

   - Open form on SR Tab
    => Error occurs

Error:

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field BUSINESS_PROCESS.

What has Changed:

Upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to 12.2.4.

What is Working:

No errors when Business Process name is 25 characters or less.
